As part of agreements in place with our customers, we hold corresponding replacement part packages and assembly groups ready for use. Upon receipt of a replacement part request before 5 pm, the replacement parts will be dispatched on the same working day, subject to availability.
Since the transitional takeover of the flat-finish division of Supfina Grieshaber GmbH & Co. KG in 2008, we also offer the complete provision of replacement parts for the Superfinish machine series 811, 813, 814, 807 and 808, as well as their specialist variants. You can, of course, also receive qualified support for these machines via our service hotline.
The spare and wear parts manual which is delivered with every machine provides information on wear and tear times. This means that maintenance and repeat procurement intervals can be planned with accuracy. In order to increase availability and avoid downtimes for the customer during repairs, we also warehouse and supply pre-assembled parts assembly groups which simply have to be switched out in the event of repair.
