Solution for the microfinish of shock absorber rods
Infinity ST
The Infinity is a specialized machine for the microfinishing of corrugated workpieces such as shock absorber rods, offering a throughput speed of up to 6 m/min. This system improves the surface finish by reducing roughness, texture and waviness. With features such as feed rollers or transport rollers up to 1100 mm long, maximum production times and numbers can be achieved.

Infinity KR/ZR
The Infinity KR/ZR is a microfinishing machine for cylindrical and tapered rollers that improves their surface quality through precise contour shaping. This technology increases roundness, roughness depth and contact ratio, reduces edge pressure and thus increases the service life of the bearings. Equipped with AC servo direct drives, the machine enables fast tool changes and short changeover times. Its good accessibility and precise pressure control via proportional valves set the Infinity KR/ZR apart from other systems.
